HOT ROD CUSTOM SHOW 2025



2025年12月7日(日)、パシフィコ横浜を舞台に、日本が世界に誇るHot Rod Custom Showが開催され、世界各国より2万4000人もの動員を記録した。この特集では広大な会場に展示された500台のカスタムモーターサイクルから、本誌が独断と偏見で選出した8台をクローズアップする。



On Sunday, December 7, 2025, at Pacifico Yokohama, the Hot Rod Custom Show—Japan’s pride presented to the world—was held, drawing a remarkable 24,000 attendees from countries across the globe. In this feature, from the 500 custom motorcycles displayed throughout the vast venue, we close in on eight machines selected by this magazine at our own discretion and prejudice.

DEATHTRAP MC 18TH ANNIV.



“DIE TO RIDE - RIDE TO DIE”をモットーに掲げるDeathtraps MCが、創設18周年のパーティを開催。本誌ベイエリア支部の写真家Ken Nagaharaが、愛機49 Panheadで自走エントリーを敢行した。広大なヨセミテ公園が擁するシークレットスポットに集結したチョッパージョッキーとその愛機を紹介する。

Deathtraps MC, whose motto is “Die to ride–ride to die,” recently held a party to commemorate its 18th anniversary. Photographer Ken Nagahara, who is a part of Ripper’s Bay Area branch, brought his 1949 Panhead to the bash, which was held at a secret location in the vast Yosemite National Park. In this feature, we report on the chopper jockeys who gathered there, and on the rides they brought with them.

京都のカスタムH-D専科LUCK MCが25周年を迎えた。大きな節目を締めくくるべく、代表・杉原雅之は去る8月10日の日曜日、京都市内の公園を貸し切りチョッパーパーティを敢行。会場には近年のLUCK MCの代表作と共に、ゆかりある全国の同志たちが選りすぐりの車両を出展した。

Luck Motorcycles, a Kyoto-based shop specializing in Harley-Davidson customization, turned 25 in 2025, and to give this milestone a proper celebration, Luck’s head, Masayuki Sugihara, rented out a park in Kyoto and held a chopper party there. At the venue, some of Luck Motorcycles’ best creations were displayed alongside a selection of bikes built by friends from around the country.

開催当初より慣れ親しんだ相模川河川敷からThe Outlets Shonanのパーキングロットへ会場を移設し、心機一転で臨んだ12回目のVintage Motorcycle Rally & Swap。蓋を開ければ来場者は4000人を優に超え過去最高の集客を記録した!!





This year, the Vintage Motorcycle Rally & Swapmeet recently changed its venue from the usual Sagami River riverbed to the parking lot at The Outlets Shonan. Over 4,000 people came, making it the biggest event yet!

It all started with hanging out in the garage in his younger days. As someone who loved fashion, vintage motorcycles, and cars, it was only natural that he would also become interested in the outdoors. Feeling uneasy about the recent outdoor boom, he chose to rely solely on his own sensibilities, which gave rise to Old Mountain’s products and a unique style of creating spaces. Here, Old Mountain head Minoru Tsujinouchi speaks about Old Mountain’s purpose as an outdoor brand and about the essence of Old Theater, the flagship store that represents the culmination of the brand’s endeavors.
